Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all original brand tags and invoices are included inside the parcel.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; simply hand over the sealed package to our logistics partner at your doorstep.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
